125mm San Mai Petty

This petty designed for prep work and delicate cutting tasks. At 125mm long this is a nimble partner for your gyuto that is designed to slice.

The knife is forged from a five layer (go mai) of wrought iron and pure nickel for the jacket and 52100 high carbon steel for the core. The WA style handle is made out of some satinwood with a red morrel spacer.

This is a high carbon steel knife and as such a little extra care is required. Please refer to my knife care page for more information.
