365mm Brisket Knife

This is a big old integral bolstered cleaver that has been forged from a single piece of 52100 high carbon steel. This knife was designed with one purpose in mind, impressing your friends and family when you use it to cut up that brisket that you have been smoking for the last 12 hours.

The knife was hand forged from a single piece of 52100 and is fitted with a museum fit western style handle made out of lace sheoak with a black G10 spacer.  

This is a high carbon steel knife and as such a little extra care is required. Please refer to my knife care page for more information.
