220mm "Camouflage" damascus Gyuto with matching saya
This 220mm gyuto features a camouflage mosaic pattern damascus that was hand forged by myself out of 1084 and 15n20 high carbon steel. The knife has a full flat grind with a slightly convex edge to help with food release.
The handle and matching saya are made out of some Western Australian Raspberry Jam, which as the name suggests smells like raspberry jam when working it. The WA style handle is made out of Raspberry Jam and Satinbox, whilst the saya features carbon fiber pins and a carbon fibre retention pin.
Gyutos are the workhorse of a kitchen and can handle most kitchen tasks from dicing, slicing and mincing through to carving meat. Its versatility makes it a must have in any kitchen.
