210mm "Camouflage" damascus Gyuto with matching saya
This 210mm gyuto features a camouflage mosaic pattern damascus that was hand forged by myself out of 1084 and 15n20 high carbon steel. The knife has a full flat grind with a slightly convex edge to help aid with food release.
The handle and matching saya are made out of a single piece of stunning Tasmanian Blackwood so that the figure flows through the piece. The handle features a Jarrah burl spacer and the saya has black G10 spacers as highlights. The saya is lined with kangaroo skin and has a carbon fibre and Tasmanian Blackwood pin for retention.
Gyutos are the workhorse of a kitchen and can handle most kitchen tasks from dicing, slicing and mincing through to carving meat. Its versatility makes it a must have in any kitchen.
